Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in Euros.
The prices shown DO NOT include charges for optional incidentals (such as poolbar snacks, drinks, internet, or telephone calls).
Your apartment will be guaranteed for late arrival.
Property policies
You must be at least 18 to check in to the apartments.
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is
at 12pm on the day of departure. Late check-out is available on request,
is subject to availability, and will incur a cost of 30 Euros.
The base rate is for 2 guests in a one bed apartment and for 4 guests
in a two bed apartment.
Guest charges and room capacity
Total maximum number of guests per one bed apartment is 4.
Maximum number of adults per one bed apartment is 4.
Maximum number of children per one bed apartment is 3.
Maximum number of infants per one bed apartment is 1.
Total maximum number of guests per two bed apartment is 6.
Maximum number of adults per tow bed apartment is 6.
Maximum number of children per one bed apartment is 5.
Maximum number of infants per one bed apartment is 1.
We consider guests aged 16 and under, at time of travel, to be children.
Availability of accommodation in the same property for extra guests is not guaranteed.
The fee for extra guests is 25 Euros per person.
Pricing and payment
For bookings made more than four weeks prior to the arrival date, a
25% non refundable holding deposit must be paid. The balance will be
due no more than four weeks prior to the arrival date. Any bookings made
within the four weeks will be subject to paying the full amount at the
time of reservation. Payments can be made with credit/debit card or bank
transfer.
Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees
ranging from 20 Euros up to the full cost of your stay. See rules and

Cancellations and changes
Cancellations more than four weeks prior to the arrival date will result
in the loss of the 25% holding deposit payment.
Cancellations less than four weeks prior and up to the date of arrival
will result in the loss of 100% of the payment.

Changing your stay will incur a 20 Euro fee. To make changes, please
call (+34) 928 513 066 or email levett77@hotmail.co.uk to request new
dates.
All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. At
the sole discretion of Levett Seventy-Seven SL refunds may be given due
to extenuating circumstances.
