Four Bed Villa sleeps 8 people
A well appointed fully equipped four bedroom villa in a quiet area
of Puerto del Carmen with a private heated pool that sleeps eight
people comfortably.
The villa is comprised of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped
kitchen including ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
kettle, coffee filter machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and
separate lounge/diner with satellite television.
Downtstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom
with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash handbasin. Upstairs there
are three further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other
two with double beds and private balconies, one of which has sea
and mountain views. There is also a further bathroom with bath/shower,
toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.
There is private off street parking and free street parking in front
of the villa. There are two terraces, garden to the front of the
property, private heated pool, sunbeds, barbecue, patio chairs and
tables. The villa is surrounded by walls, making it a private, secure
place for children to play.
The main beach avenue in Puerto del Carmen is only a ten minute
walk away, and supermarkets are only a short stroll. The golf course
in Puerto del Carmen is a two minute drive and the other course in
Costa Teguise is a twenty minute drive away.
The villa is an ideal base from which to the explore the island
or laze by the pool.
